Most leadership development programs are designed for, not with, the leaders who participate in them. Our program puts leaders in the driving seat, with teams deciding on the program structure and content that will best help them achieve their goals.
PHASE ONE
Leaders work together as a team to determine their needs and contribute to the development of the learning plan.
OUTCOMES
PHASE TWO
An active program where leaders work together to solve real organisational challenges as part of learning the most vital skills for their collective development.
OUTCOMES
How we know this works.
During the design phase, leaders decided they wanted content to be delivered outside of the workshops (podcasts) with workshop time focussed on discussion and problem solving.
Leaders workshopped specific challenges related to employee engagement, identifying their behaviors as a key focus. They built a plan to embed their desired leadership behaviors through L&D, integration into values, performance reviews etc.
During the program, leaders saw the value they could add to each other in day to day problem solving and developed an ongoing leadership support group (slack channel, regular group coaching and 1-1 meetings).
